About

Janaina Paris is originally from Goiânia, Brazil, and has lived in the Bay Area for the past 25 years. In Brazil, she practiced law before moving to the United States, where she earned a master’s degree in US Legal Systems and a master’s degree in International Law. She speaks English, Portuguese, and Spanish. Her experience includes adjustment of status, naturalization, VAWA cases, and other immigration matters.

As an immigrant herself, she knows the fear and challenges that come with the immigration process. After completing her immigration journey, she was inspired to help others fulfill their own immigration dreams.

Outside of work, she enjoys hiking and traveling with her family.
