Hannah Zimmermann
About
Hannah Zimmermann was born in Northampton, Massachusetts and has lived in Texas for the last fifteen years. She is fluent in Spanish and has been practicing immigration law for over twelve years.
Hannah attended Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, where she participated in a seminar that trained students to assist attorneys representing clients detained by immigration authorities. This hands-on experience guiding clients through the complex immigration system inspired her to pursue immigration law, eventually leading her to the renowned Immigration Clinic at the University of Texas School of Law.
After law school, Hannah worked at the Texas non-profit legal services organization, RAICES, for more than ten years, representing hundreds of immigrants from all over Texas in their proceedings before the Department of Homeland Security and Executive Office for Immigration Review. Most recently, she helped create the Rural Services Program at RAICES, dedicated to serving immigrant survivors of crime, trafficking, and domestic violence in rural counties. Hannah joined Landerholm Immigration in July 2025, where she conducts consultations, devises legal strategies for clients, and represents clients in proceedings before DHS and EOIR.
Hannah lives with her husband, son, and two big dogs, Copper and Gus. When not working, Hannah enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, hiking, and exploring new places around the world. Hannah has studied and worked in the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Costa Rica, and Peru. She firmly believes in everyone’s right to freedom of movement, and to pursue their dreams wherever they may lead.
