Leafan Rosen – Associate Attorney
I graduated from Rutgers University School of Law in Camden, New Jersey and have been practicing law since 2013.
Before joining Landerholm Immigration, I spent two years working at Catholic Charities Refugee and Immigrant Services in San Mateo, California, where I did grant-funded legal work with young people who had recently entered the U.S. without a parent or guardian. These were removal defense cases, and most of my clients qualified for either asylum or SIJS (Special Immigrant Juvenile Status). Most of my clients at Catholic Charities were from the Northern Triangle of Central America, and they are the ones who taught me Spanish.
Besides practicing law, I also research and write about technology, human rights, and civil liberties with my partner Tim Hwang.
